About the Swim Club
Club Membership Benefits
Club members get to enjoy the pool all season long during the clubs open hours. It's a great way to keep the kids occupied all summer long, off the video games and TV! You can also use the club for birthday parties or adult gatherings in our picnic area. Our facilities include a heated six lane competition pool with a diving board, set in a one-acre park-like setting with plenty of mature shade trees as well as wide open sunny areas. There is also a baby pool for the little ones to play in. The facilities also include barbecue pits for a picnic lunch or dinner. There is ample open space for outdoor games like volleyball. During the season, there are also adult get-togethers where you can get to know new friends, teammates and other members. Every 4th of July we also celebrate with a family style picnic and festivities.
Club Pool Hours
May 2nd: Pool will be open on Weekends only.
Jun 1st: Pool with be open for club during week starting at 3:30. This is when the team needs to share the pool.
Jun 11th:Pool with be open regular hours for the rest of summer. 1pm - 8pm

Club Membership Fees
Family pool membership
$385
Discounts available for senior citizens, single adults without children, neighbors (homes that border the pool only) and new homeowners.
After July 15, 2011: Half-year memberships are available at $225.00 and quarterly billings will start in October for the next season.
We offer a convenient quarterly billing plan for existing members. Quarterly payments are $96.25 and will be billed in October, January, April and July. New members are expected to pay the first years due upon joining the club.

Guest Passes
Guests are welcome at Springwood Swim Club: members may bring guests for swimming and parties. There is a fee of $2.00 per non-member guest, or a guest card (good for 10 guests) may be purchased for $15.00. Fees must be paid to the gate checker. Guests must be accompanied by a Springwood Swim Club member on their visits to Springwood. All members MUST sign in their guest upon entering the pool.
Swim Club Pool Rules
- Pool Manager, as well as, Lifeguards are in complete charge of the swimming pool area.
- Horseplay and profanity is prohibited on club property.
- Bikes, skateboards, roller blades, etc. must be walked in the pool area.
- No animals are permitted inside the Club.
- All Members MUST sign in upon entering the pool and produce identification if requested. All guests must be signed-in with the Gate Checker.
- Members MUST accompany guests and the guest fee must be paid upon entering the club facilities. (see guest passes information above)
- No gum, candy, food or drinks are allowed in the pool or on the pool deck, however they are allowed in the grass and picnic areas.
- Alcoholic beverages are permitted in the picnic area only (Must be over the age of 21).
- NO GLASS CONTAINERS OF ANY KIND ARE PERMITTED ON THE CLUB PROPERTY. Metal and plastic containers are okay.
- Children ages 9 and up may use the pool without adult supervision under the following conditions ONLY:
- Lifeguard MUST be on duty the entire time the child is on the premise.
- Children under the age of nine 9 MUST be accompanied by someone over the age of 18 at all times.
- Children between the ages of 9— 12 may come to the poo1 by themselves until 6pm ONLY.
- Children must have passed a water safety test as administered by the Lifeguard. Record of passing such test must be indicated on the Member’s Registration Form by the Lifeguard.
- Current, accurate Membership Registration & Emergency Form must be on file.
- PLEASE NOTE: we are not a babysitting service. If children misbehave, they may be benched by the lifeguard, asked to leave the facility, or not allowed in without adult supervision. Degree of consequence will be the lifeguard or pool manager’s sole discretion and will depend on the frequency and the nature of the child’s actions.
- All children who are not potty trained must wear swim diapers at all times.
- Absolutely NO running on the pool deck.
- NO climbing or pulling on the trees.
- NO climbing or pulling on the volleyball net.
- Children are not permitted to dig holes on the property.
- Both back storage sheds are off limits to non-employees. NO playing near or behind the sheds.
- NO children using “water wings” or other flotation devices are allowed in the deep end of the pool unless accompanied by an adult.
- Water guns, ESPECIALLY SUPER SOAKERS, are prohibited in any part of the pool area.
BABY POOL
- Only children under the age of five are permitted.
- Parents/Guardians must accompany children in the baby pool at all times. The baby pool is not monitored by the lifeguard. Parents/guardians must assume ALL responsibility for their children.
- The baby pool is closed and off limits during swim team practices, swim meets, and any other non-club hours.
- Infants must wear swim diapers at all times.
DIVING BOARD
- One person at a time on the board.
- Dive straight forward only. No diving towards the side of the pool.
- No inward dives, NO flips, No hanging on the board.
- No swimming under the board or in the diving area.
- Only one bounce permitted on the board.
- After diving, swim clear of the diving area. If you want to dive again, exit the pool by the ladders at the side of the pool only.
- The Diving Board cannot be used during non-life guarded hours.
